The 4th Knowledge Exchange Conference on Community eCenters will gather CeC stakeholders in the Philippines on April 3-4, 2008 to, among others share knowledge, strategies, services and experiences in the four components of the Phil CeC Roadmap for 2010 namely, infrastructure, content development, capacity building and CeC management and development. This will also be the venue for launching key CeC initiatives in the country namely : the Philippine CEC Strategic Roadmap for 2010, the CeC Portal, the Philippine CeC Network and the telecentre.org-Philippine CeC Academy.
