This is the third and final workshop from NESsT(www.nesst.org) for telecentrefamily project. The workshop will be condudted by Loic Comolli. The objectives of this workshop are:

Objectives:
• Finalize the ICT course business plan process;
• Develop an implementation plan for ICT course business plan;
• Provide training and tools to Telecentre Family Project for performance management;
• Develop first draft of performance management tool;
• Identify new social enterprise products and services for Telecentre Family Project;
• Start business planning process for new social enterprise products and services.
