The Telecentre Support Centre: Rate the responses

The UgaBYTES telecentre Supportcentre has been recording impressive visits since its inception. As the number of visits close onto four hundred thousands, UgaBYTES initiatives would like to encourage all visitors to rate the responses.

With questions having been categorized into Management, Training, Technical trouble shooting, Social enterprise, Content and services, marketing & fundraising, Evaluation and Knowledge sharing, there is a need for one to provide feedback on how effective the responses they received are. This will help in the long term ambition of making the supportcentre efficient enough to provide adequate responses to questions that arise for telecentre practitioners.

Once you visit a Question and Answer of your interest there is a small box with 5 buttons where you can select one to indicate your level of participation. The supportcentre administrators therefore compile the statistics and make the necessary adjustments.

Alternatively, there is a link where one can comment on response to the question just below the response its self.
