telecentre.org and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation panel at IFLA 2008

The panels at IFLA will be jointly organized between telecentre.org, the Acacia program, and the Research Information Management System Division (RIMSD) of IDRC. The telecentre.org panel will consist of key partners from the joint IDRC-Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation project to investigate the impact of public access to ICT.
