Zambian telecenters like any other southern African country outside South Africa still suffer from lack of skills, resources and capacity to manage their telecenters. a number of reasons could be attributed to the problem. The telecenters in southern africa are still in the emerging phase. Given the complexities in nurturing telecenters, development of these technonolgical institutions have not been easy.
