- I am the Liaison to the UN and Director of Funds and Grants for the Personal Learning Center International (PLC/i). The PLC/i is a low cost, quality online elementary and secondary school. All textbooks are online and the teachers are highly qualified professionals. The PLC/i believes that all students have an equal right to learn.
Formerly, I was the Principal/Director of the first virtual early college in the United States, a faculty member of an online university, a curriculum specialist, consultant for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, and English teacher.
