About Me (biography and organization description)
Martin Kinyua has more than 6 years of professional experience designing, implementing, and managing international development projects. He has broad experience in information systems and management, content management, elearning content developement and delivery in resource poor settings, project management, monitoring and evaluation, ICT service delivery, project design and implementation and fund raising. Martin previously served as Assistant Programme Manger, eLearning at the African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF) and currently programme manager, digital inclusion with the Kenya ICT Board. Martin has a bachelors degree in Economics and Sociology, he is a microsoft certified systems engineer and an affiliate of the association of charterd certified accountants (ACCA). He is also a previous recepient of the commonwealth fellowship and has published in the commonwealth health ministers book 2008.

I am interested in issues regarding the digital divide and use of ICTs in development be it in commerce, health, education and so on
