About Me (biography and organization description)
I have been working in the ICT4D sector since 2003. Have researched, implemented and managed projects in ICT in education and telecentres. Currently managing NASSCOM Foundation's flagship programme of over 200 telecentres called NASSCOM Knowledge Network.

NASSCOM Foundation is engaged in using Information and Communication Technologies to improve and influence quality of life of underserved communities. NF seeks to catalyze a nationwide functional fusion/partnership programme to harness the benefits of ICTs for capacity building and skills development for employment and empowerment. The aim is to engage with multiple stakeholders and communities over a holistic cycle of interventions.

In order to train grassroots NGOs to set-up and run telecentres, NASSCOM Foundation inked up with eleven NGOs with forty participants in a five days capacity building workshop in the state of West Bengal, ( located in the eastern part of India) India.
