Our Nenasala Training Programme

Recently, I got the opportunity to participate to a training programme conducted by ICTA for Nenasala managers and operators. It was 6 days programme. As a Nenasala operator from Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, I got a good knowledge and lot of experience from that programme. The training was very useful for us. The trainers are excellent and they helped us to build our mind and they helped us to build our working capacity. Trainers show us a new way to think about our Nenasala. They show us that what can we do from our Nenasala. We did lot of hard work in that programme. Also we met other Nenasala members in this programme and we share our ideas with them. It is good to have share idea with other Nenasala members. Other thing is we did lot of group work and we enjoy it lot.
We got ICT training in that programme. We improve our knowledge and we learn many new things from this ICT training.
Also we have got a chance to talk with ICTA officers and we have got opportunity to tell them about our problems and get answers from them. It is a good chance to solve our problems.
The training programme was excellent and we thanks ICTA for organize a Training programme like this.
