I have been into ICT4D for 4 years with e Sri Lanka project of ICTA, and think the time is right for paradigm shift as the world has well tested ICT4D. We have many replicable solutions in Education, Health, Agriculture--. I find every new idea has been done somewhere. Where can we innovate ? How can we use the lessons we learn in ICT4D 1.0 in the transformation of Telecenter 1.0 to Telecenter 2.0,
