Telecentre.org Foundation offers support to both governments and the private sector, especially in their R&D efforts towards developing policies and programmes that integrate telecentres in the delivery of various public services.

Among its focus areas for 2011 is Telecentre Sustainability. Studies regarding this issue will be published this year, with two position papers from the Foundation set to generate further discourse and research.
